Job Summary: The Customer Solutions Center Internet and Business Services Banker is responsible for answering inbound calls and emails from customers and completing tasks related to Internet and Business Services products. Responding and resolving customer inquiries in a friendly and timely manner. Identifies and pursues sales opportunities by enhancing the customer relationship with INTRUST in a needs-based manner.
