Senior Director, Engineering - (Delafield, WI)

Overview Montage, the single solution to engage, interview, and hire better applicants faster is seeking a Senior Director, Engineering. The Senior Director, Engineering will lead a team of software engineers and developers as well as oversee product development projects and responsibilities including architecture, engineering, quality, product maintenance, reliability and availability. This person will develop and manage the overall release plan, prioritize scope management, resource planning/alignment, and oversee overall execution of engineering and product development. The Sr. Director, Engineering will apply his/her leadership skills, software methodologies, and proven best practices to deliver a high quality SaaS product on schedule and on budget. Key functions Manage the focused execution of the product road map and deliverables with accountability over the outcome for releases.
