MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN - FULL-TIME PALM COAST, FL POSITION PURPOSE The incumbent is the primary contact for providing MAY Management maintenance services to assigned Associations. Maintenance Technician is responsible for achieving high-level of client satisfaction by maintaining and repairing association assets. Maintains close working relationship with responsible Community Association Manager. PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES Responsibilities with Board of Directors and Committ
