In this role you will be responsible for growing CCA Global Partners savings4members vendor program participation by mastering a knowledge of the program offerings and leveraging relationships with our preferred vendor partners. Duties Must effectively communicate detailed knowledge of core programs offered. Develop a strategic plan with supervisor(s) for onboarding members to programs. Consult with organization's members to identify savings opportunities. Document goal achievement(s) in order to develop best practices for immediate and future success. Qualifications 1-2yrs background in sales/lead generation, telemarketing or customer service Superior communication expertise, both written and verbal Comfort in a high outbound call environment Expertise to absorb details, prioritize, follow-up and respond quickly
