Training Specialist - (West Palm Beach, FL)
Summary The Training Specialist facilitates training programs to both new hire and tenured contact center agents. Provides assistance to floor management and teammates with day to day training and coaching related issues that require expert knowledge and judgment. Provides floor support to supervisors and quality control with maintaining service levels. Support all training and company initiatives with a positive attitude. Critical functions Facilitate new hire classes and continuing-ed workshops to meet and exceed company goals Collaborate with Operations management to develop subject matter ability within the Contact Center by coaching employees as needed Identify training opportunities, and assist Training Management with creation of training material as needed Provide a floor presence within Contact Center Teams Assist Management and Supervisors with maintaining service level objectives within each department.
