Contract Driver Recruiter (3 Month Assignment) - (Lynn, MA)

Duties: Greater Lynn Senior Services, an MBTA contracted service provider, has an immediate opening for an experienced Contract Driver Recruiter. This is a three (3) month contract assignment and will report directly to the Director of Human Resources. The Contract Driver Recruiter will be responsible for the recruitment of all Driver positions for the GLSS Transportation Department. Candidates should be able to review resumes and applications, conduct p hone screens and in-person interviews. The Contract Recruiter will also be responsible for defining Driver hiring n eeds and developing a recruiting strategy with a widespread pipeline of driver candidates. The Contract Driver Recruiter will also work with outside recruitment sources such as contacting community services and developing relationships with community organizations, including agencies, schools, networking groups, etc.
