Human Resources Manager - (Irving, TX)
The HR Manager is responsible for managing and supporting the HR Function of the US business. Primary areas of responsibility include: recruitment, hiring, on-boarding, employee engagement, training-career development, employee relations, benefits, HR/ corporate systems, policy and compliance, and supporting branches with employee engagement/ HR functions. Essential Duties Primary adviser to President on all issues employee engagement and human resources Partners with Branch Managers/ Corporate Managers to develop and manage succession plans for field and hourly personnel. Manages the HR Component of all branch openings and closings Develops and executes recruiting strategies for all markets in collaboration with Branch Managers/ Corporate hiring needs. Partners with branch managers, finance, and legal to evaluate and provide oversight to compensation rates including FLSA categorization, wages and benefit options.
