The Community Employment Program specifically assists individuals with disabilities by obtaining and retaining employment with businesses in the community. As an Employment Specialist, you will be responsible for intake and assessment of new participants, developing community worksites for participants, and educate and support individuals while promoting their work and community interests. This position also prepares for and attends meetings/trainings and works closely with participants, families, county case managers and service providers to advocate.
