Human Resources Manager - (Richmond, VA)

With locations in nine states, 22 offices, and more than 1250 employees, VSC Fire & Security, Inc. is estimated to have annual sales of more than $170 million. POSITION SUMMARY Responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of Benefits and HRIS Systems, Compliance and Recruitment/Retention. KEY SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE 5 to eight plus years Senior HR background with heavy emphasis on Benefits Administration preferred. Bachelor's degree in HR or business related major is preferred Demonstrated computer proficiency in Ms word, Ms excel and PowerPoint is required with background using HR software preferred. Demonstrated Expertise to Adapt to Change and manage the Change Process Demonstrated Management of HRIS Database(s) Manage the VSC Benefit portfolio for the company and for all participants
