Human Resources Clerk I - (Mt Olive, NC)

We have an opening for Human Resources Clerk I. Position responsibilities will include various administrative tasks, including, but not limited to, answering incoming calls; greeting customers; data entry; timekeeping; and other clerical duties within the Human Resources Department. Successful candidates should have a min of two years proven work experience as Administrative Assistant, Human Resources Representative , Front Office Representative or other similar experience; above average technical skills with a proficiency in Ms office; able to multitask and have solid time-management expertise; professional attitude and appearance; outstanding written and spoken communication expertise. A min of an Associate's Degree is preferred. Bi-lingual (English and Spanish) is also preferred but not required. As part of our normal hiring process we will conduct the following: drug screen, criminal experience investigation, reference check, and employment history verification.
