Application Support Developer (Junior/Entry Level) - (Northampton, MA)

The Role? Day to day, you will be the 1st point of contact for customer support issues with web sites and software that have been developed in-house. Working closely with the development team, you will help verify any issues reported, determine the cause, be involved with deciding on the best resolutions and implementing these and finally feeding back to the customers. You will also be involved in testing new web sites and software developed and any new functionality rolled out. From this position, you will have the opportunity to develop the role into a more support / testing focused role or a development focused role. The Responsibilities? 1st line support ? taking customer calls and providing support for web sites and software developed in-house Assisting with determining root causes of issues and developing fixes Testing fixes and new functionality across a range of web sites and software products developed by the company
