Wa Production Supervisor (Full Time 40 hrs) - (Warsaw, IN)

JOB OBJECTIVE Assists management of retail store in implementing, administering, and directing the merchandise processing; works with retail store management to implement the policies and procedures of Goodwill's retail operations activities, and supports the mission of Goodwill Industries. Position reports to the store manager. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Knows and understands the Goodwill Mission: "Strengthen communities by empowering individuals and families through education, training and job placement". Coordinates activities of Production Associates in the processing and distribution function to achieve daily production goals. Plans and implements work schedules, estimates employee-hour qualifications and makes every effort to provide employee coverage for merchandise processing. Follows up on assigned work schedule to assure complete and proper work performance. Makes work performance standards known to all associates to meet customer satisfaction. Handles customer complaints.
