Direct Mail Data Processor - (Lakewood, WA)

Direct Mail Data Processing Assistant Entry level data processing position with training provided. This position has 3 primary daily functions, 1) analyze and import customer data base files into off the shelf mailing software, 2) standardize, filter, query, and cleanse files for USPS bulk mail, 3) process files through off the shelf software through USPS CASS certification in preparation for a level two operator to presort. This position is responsible for organizing customer data files on the server using Windows explorer, moving files in and around folders, importing and processing a variety of file types in accordance with internal procedures. This job requires someone who can jump from 1 priority to another on the fly without fully completing a project from start to finish. This position will receive extensive training and opportunity to advance to higher levels of data processing. Essential Duties & Responsibilities
