Production Manager - (Thomson, GA)

Summary: The Production Manager is responsible for operations and personnel in a large, non-union manufacturing plant producing consumer goods. Description of Position / Duties: Coordinate production to meet or exceed customer qualifications maintaining the highest level of efficiency and within budgeted costs. Support the plant manager in directing the safety, planning, production, and administrative support for a large multi-shift manufacturing facility. Assist management to establish production and quality standards. Identify, train, and develop production teams in the plant. Develop plant goals in agreement of Plant Manager and ensure timely completion of short and long-term goals through management of subordinate associates. Insure all documentation and production records are completed accurately and properly.
