NA/ Nursing Assistant - (Hendersonville, NC)

Sign on Bonus $3,000: NAs, hired full time. $1,500 for part time benefit with a 1 year commitment The NA I, working under the direction and supervision of a licensed nurse, is responsible for administering direct patient care and performing any other duties deemed necessary to assure optimal patient care. *Assumes direct patient care responsibilities as assigned by a licensed nurse. *Assist all healthcare providers with routine examinations and procedures, as well as procurement of equipment and supplies during emergency situations. *Demonstrates professionalism and flexibility necessary to function in the healthcare environment. * Demonstrates active listening and provides emotional support to patients and families. *Provides assistance to patients and their families during admission, transfers and discharge of patients. Anticipates patient's needs. Assist in maintaining the patient environment. Respects and provides patient confidentiality. Assist other staff in completion of their duties.
