Job # 19-07 Location: Townsend, MA Position: Occupational Health Nurse ( RN ) / Health & Safety Coordinator Type: Manufacturing Status: Full-time, day shift, Monday thru Friday Salary: Competitive pay with good benefits Duties: ? Actively manage worker?s compensation and short-term disability cases which includes the initial processing of documents, consulting with insurance carriers and medical providers while continually monitoring the employee?s recovery process. ? Coordinates post offer pre-employment physical assessments and substance abuse testing ? Perform occupational health surveillance testing including pulmonary function testing, audiometric testing, vision screening, etc. ? Coordinates the annual OSHA and required safety training such as lock out tag out, hot work, 1st aid and CPR etc. ? Develop and implement employee programs such as health education, accident prevention, wellness and the OSHA and required safety training programs ? Facilitate and manage employee-based Safety Committee
