Emergency Medicine Physician Assistant (1225ma) - (Enterprise, AL)

Emergency Medicine Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner Background in Emergency Medicine Strongly Preferred (ER RN / EMT background taken into consideration) 3X12 Hour Shifts (Days) 8am /8pm--Enterprise, Alabama We are seeking an Emergency Medicine Physician Assistant to work in an Emergency Medicine setting (Fast-Track with floating coverage in the Main ER). The Provider would be working in a predominantly Fast-Track setting but would float to the main ER and manage critical patients with the physicians. The ER is comprised of 30 beds and is a Level II trauma Center with a volume of 60,000 annual encounters with fourteen physicians on staff. There is no call qualifications for this position. The typical duties would include rapid response, intubations, floor codes, admitting orders etc. The PAs are required to have ACLS, and ATLS would be a plus and training will be provided if the provider is interested in this certification.
