The firm owns and operates over 6,000 Garden Style apartments located throughout New York, New Jersey, Connecticut & Pennsylvania. The Management Company is solely focused on Eagle Rock owned assets and does not 3rd party manage. Our company has over 200 Real Estate Professionals and we are seeking a Property Manager to join our team. Position overview The Property Manager ensures the financial and operational success of a community made up of about 200 units, by providing the optimal balance of customer service and expense savings. Additionally, the Property Manager must utilize current market knowledge and communicate to senior management the financial direction of the property.
