Leasing Agent - (Columbus, GA)

Position overview Lease property for owner (primarily The Rapids). Perform on-site leasing agent duty at The Rapids (shared with other leasing agents), to include personal and group tours. Understand all aspects of the product including units, square footages, finishes, amenities and other building features. Maintain database of all prospects and report weekly to property manager regarding status of each; contact all prospects within 24-hour period of first visit, with continuous follow up thereafter. Answer questions as needed, discuss conditions of lease and complete pre-printed or electronic real estate agreements. As a leasing agent, you will become the public face of our property and the key liaison between the management office and our current and prospective tenants. Duties and Responsibilities Meet with prospects and complete registration form for inclusion in client database for follow up. Take them on personal or group tours of the property.
