Renewal Sales Specialist - (Nashville, TN)

Role Description This role will partners with customer field representatives or channel partner as part of a territory or region where success reliant on each other. Depending on the client engagement, this role will involve up-selling/cross-selling customers to additional services and require a high-level of influence over the sales cycle. Renewal Sales Specialists will provide sales forecasting and submit requests for customer quotes, perform customer research, and update account notes in our customer relationship management (CRM) system. Also could own Top Tier segment of business which will require broad cross-functional team collaboration.
