Business Banking Associate- Consumer and Small Business - (MacHesney Park, IL)

POSITION SUMMARY: Reports directly to the Vice President Loan Review Specialist or other appointed designees. Assignments include providing high-quality and timely loan file support to the business banking relationship managers and relationship manager assistants. Courteous and efficient service to all customers and employees in a timely and professional manner is also required. CRITICAL FUNCTIONS: Client Service: Responsible for the coordination and delegation of commercial work flow across departmental lines to insure timely, efficient and professional service to commercial clients. Operations: Build and maintain commercial loan files to insure compliance to loan policies and regulations. Determine and order accurate loan documents consistent with approved loan structure. Review for accuracy all loan documentation prior to and after all loan closings. Book loans Assist in the preparation and gathering info for monthly board reports.
