Online Merchandising Manager - (Green Bay, WI)

Imperial Supplies is seeking an On-line Merchandising Manager to develop, manage and execute the Merchandising Strategy for Imperial's on-line assortment. In this role, you'll lead the team to drive revenue, conversion, and AOV by utilizing and recommending new tools, technologies or processes to improve merchandising capabilities onsite and across sales channels. The On-line Merchandising Manager will Build merchandising roadmaps, strategies, and KPIs to drive success on the digital Merchandising team, ensure an excellent shopping background on Imperialsupplies.com, and influence revenue and profitability. Work with cross functional leaders and manage a team of direct reports to ensure success. Develop growth plans and content strategies by leveraging new and existing tools to effectively merchandise products, drive revenue growth, acquire new purchasers and retain and grow existing buyers.
