The Senior Manager has mastered the skills and qualifications of the manager role and has been identified as possessing the pre-requisite skills to grow into a future partner/managing director or principal. The Senior Manager is developing greater leadership skills and continuously taking on greater responsibilities. The Senior Manager is building the capacity to assist the partners/managing directors in assuming overall responsibilities in a variety of areas, including but not limited to: engagement management & client service, sales, practice development, marketing, cross selling, discipline & industry ability, external activities & networking, leadership, people development, and strategic business planning. Serves as a subject matter expert in discipline or industry Demonstrates excellence in most advanced computer skills Complies with pronouncements of professional and other regulatory groups, and enlightens and teaches the impact of such pronouncements to all staff.
