Nonnurse Field Supervisor - Outreach Health ServicesDate Posted: 2018-11-26 Position title: Non-Nurse Field Supervisor Division: Community Care Location: Lubbock, TX Position category: Health Care Positions Job requirements: The Field Supervisor is responsible for the delivery of services to all clients referred to his/her caseload by supervising the activities of the attendants. The supervisor should assess client's functional status and take the necessary action to ensure client's well being. This service is to be delivered in full compliance with the Department of Aging and Disability Services (DADS) regulations, contract standards, and OHS agency policies and procedures. The Field Supervisor must be able to assume a leadership role, function independently and participate in back-up supervisory casework both in giving and receiving. Daytime travel will be required.
