Description Job overview: SAIC is looking for a Cloud Architect to join the team supporting our customer we have partnered with, AAR Corp., to support Department Of State Air Wing mission in Melbourne, Fl. Excellent technical abilities are the most vital asset for transitioning Air Wing Enterprise Solution to a cloud-based details technology (IT) infrastructure in accordance with DoS Global 2020 initiative policy guidance. Applicants will leverage computer skills and knowledge including but not limited to: cloud providers like Amazon Web Services (AWS); databases like MySQL; Java; open source technologies like Redis, Docker; and OpenStack. Specializing in developing and implementing an organization's cloud services, including cost optimization and security policies. Primary focus is ensuring that content on the cloud is always available and secure for users. Assists with strategic or tactical planning to justify, market, or manage the technology needed for successful business operations.
