NIght Maintenance Technician - (Faribault, MN)

SAGE is currently seeking a Night Maintenance Technician to join the maintenance team. We are looking for individuals who have background in a complex manufacturing setting with the ability to trouble shoot and repair high technology-state of the art equipment. Candidates must be able to communicate effectively with co-workers and work in a team environment. Individuals must also have a high standard for safety and background in industrial equipment troubleshooting, maintenance and repair. Position works a rotating night shift of 12hrs, 4 days on four days off. Responsibilities: Perform all job responsibilities in a safe manner and adhere to all SAGE safety rules and policies. Attend necessary safety and environmental training as scheduled. Support and recommend safety & environmental improvements and identify hazards. Perform equipment troubleshooting, repairs, maintenance, and improvements to increase equipment uptime. Support Root Cause Analysis (RCA) process as necessary.
