Lead Toddler Teacher - National Council of Young Men's Christian Associations of the United SGeneral Function: The Lead Teacher is responsible for the supervision and management of all aspects of the child development center and the toddler classroom. Position responsibilities: -- Must be at least 21 yrs of age -- A Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or other related position OR Associate's Degree with two years professional expertise in child care, early childhood education or related position OR CDA with 5 yrs professional experience in child care, early childhood education, or related position -- Excellent interpersonal communication abilities. -- A commitment to working with children in a developmental setting and a sincere desire to have a meaningful effect on their lives. -- Able to work with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
