Education Coach (Northampton Office) $1,000 sign on bonus Head Start program seeks professional to support educators of children 0-five years. Must be knowledgeable of EEC and Head Start regulations, and become proficient in the CLASS tool. Successful applicant will have the demonstrated expertise to evaluate and support high-quality educator/child interactions, classroom management, and teaching teams-while working in close partnership with supervisors. Must be sensitive to families experiencing multiple stressors and from diverse cultures. Min requirements include a BA in ECE or closely related position, two years in ECE setting and one year of coaching/mentoring early educators. 32.5 hours/week full year.
