Cyber Analyst (Military Veterans Wanted!) - (Huntsville, AL)

Description Position details: SAIC is looking for a Cybersecurity Analyst with background to support system builds, implement details security best practices, security analysis, integration software installation and documentation of unique hardware and custom software in a Microsoft environment. The selected applicant will perform tasks dealing with system builds, documentation review, system security hardening, and vulnerability management/reporting. Applicant should have basic technical troubleshooting skills and current knowledge of the Risk Management Framework for Department of Defense Details Technology (RMF for DoD IT). The ability to work autonomously and within a larger group of engineers and cybersecurity professionals will be required. Written and spoken communication abilities are necessary for updating POAM items, standard operating procedures and offering up possible courses of action for the management of risk is ongoing. Applicant will research DoD policy and complete various security tasking.
