Customer Relations Associate - (Birmingham, AL)

Position summary Our client is in search of a Customer Relations Associate to add to their growing staff. The Associate will be responsible for working directly with internal and external customers to assist with transactions as well as auditing client records. The Associate will report directly to the Customer Relations Manager. Required: All candidates must have a bachelor's degree, preferably in a business related position (Finance preferred).Progressive background in a customer relations environment, with data entry responsibilities.Highly refined communication abilities, both verbal and written.Expertise to work in a team/collaborative environment.
