Mgr. Trainingcontact Center Fort Worth - Elevate CreditGeneral Summary The Contact Center Training Manager is responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating the training and development activities in Operations. This individual will meet with business leaders across the organization to assess training needs, gather training qualifications, and develop strategic action plans as well as lead and manage the curriculum design trainers. They are responsible for all training materials, process maps, navigation guides and other collateral for all customer service and account services processes. This includes writing of, reviewing, and editing content for their own and other's work and facilitating classes.
