Position summary Responsible for assisting Revenue Cycle Branch Coordinator with a variety of tasks. Responsible for effectively monitoring branch ortho contract functions for accuracy. Responsible for actively drafting daily ACH payments and working declines. Job assignments * Follow up on outstanding claims * Apply appropriate non contractual adjustments * Review patient accounts for collections * Review Refund requests * Work Billing tickets from offices * Prints declined drafts report and discuss declined drafts with responsible parties. * Compare direct bond reports to contracts entered for all offices. * Assist with Insurance verifications. * Help Revenue Cycle Specialist with collection processes. * Receive, document and distribute incoming mail.
