Territory Sales Manager - TrueNorth SteelPOSITION DESCRIPTIONPOSITION: Territory Sales Manager FLSA STATUS: Full-time, ExemptREPORTS TO: Director of Sales CSP/Modular BridgeSUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES This position mandates the knowledge of principles and practices for showing, promoting, and selling products and/or our company's services. This includes: market strategies and tactics, product knowledge and skills (ours and the competition), sales techniques and pricing strategies. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting their quality standards for product and services and ensuring we meet the customer's goals/objectives. The Territory Manager works within a given geographic region and travels a min of 70% of the time.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONSPromoting the company and its strengths, sell our products to consulting civil engineering firms, county engineers, Federal and State D.O.T. engineers, townships, municipalities, State and Federal agencies, and contractors within the territory.
