Skills Coach Leader - Otis R Bowen Center for Human ServicesJob Description The Skills Coach Leader is responsible for providing direct administrative supervision of all home-based staff, monitoring outcomes, expanding services and developing new markets within the assigned county.Primary Roles and Responsibilities: Hire, on-board, and mentor Skills Coaches to develop confidently and competently as clinicians 32+ hours spent in the community with staff per week Responsible for retention of direct reports Responsible for teaching skills necessary for Skills Coaches to meet their service hour qualifications Job RequirementsRequirements Education: Must have a BS/BA degree Training/Background: Prefer at least 3 (3) years in working with adolescents and their families. Must have a valid driver's license and proof of financial responsibility (insurance).
