Vocational And Wellness Specialist Adult Services Division - HCRSPosition Purpose:Vocational Specialists develop and coordinate supported employment positions in the community for individuals receiving services. They provide on-site and off-site support and training to individuals and the employers in order to improve job retention and assure satisfactory employment relationships. Vocational Specialists model appropriate attitudes and behaviors for individuals receiving services and foster a positive outlook with compassion and insight.
