Manager, Manufacturing Process Engineering Job summary Provide leadership of the Global Manufacturing Process Engineering Group including: Teammate Performance, training, salary administration, promotional and disciplinary activities and budgeting. Direct development efforts in manufacturing process improvement and interface between R&D Marketing, Product Development, Quality Systems and Manufacturing to introduce new compounds, products, processes and procedures. The incumbent is responsible for process engineering support of BCS manufacturing plants and control of the Bandag commercial retreading processes. Responsibilities The Manufacturing Process Engineering Manager must possess detailed knowledge of plant and dealer processes and equipment along with organizational leadership skills. Engineering and management of projects and developmental work as required. Perform budget estimating, project planning, scheduling and cost accounting.
