Description JOB OVERVIEW: SAIC has an opening for an Engineering Hardware Technician. The perfect applicant is a graduate from a technical school or an Army veteran trained in the area of electronics, and who has proficiency in all phases of mechanical and prototype assembly. The applicant selected for this position will work in a small team that assembles limited quantities of various Army training prototype systems. The facility is an SEI Level four quality operation and therefore expects consistently high-quality output from all employees. Experience required EDUCATION AND BACKGROUND: Technical school certificate or equivalent. three years of related skills is required. CLEARANCE REQUIREMENT: Must be able to obtain a SECRET security clearance DESIRED SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS: The applicant should be willing and able to perform a 2-person lift of 150 pounds.
