Description Job details: The Identity, Credential, and Access Management line of business is seeking a junior to mid-level IT professional to provide customer support of users of NASA ICAM's authentication service called Launchpad. The desired individual will help users resolve technical issues with authentication problems using smartcard, RSA token, userid/password and Kerberos authentication. The individual will also be required to assist application owners integrate their web based applications with Launchpad using Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML). Requirements TYPICAL EDUCATION AND BACKGROUND: Bachelors and 5 (5) years or more background; Masters and 3 (3) years or more background; PhD and 0 yrs related skills Required Skill BS degree in Computer Science/Engineering, Management Details Systems or equivalent industry background working with enterprise level IT systems. Background with single sign-on infrastructures using technologies such as SAML, OAuth/OpenID Connect, or Kerberos technologies.
