Job summary Hometown America is a privately held manufactured home community operator and retailer operating nationwide. We are seeking a full-time maintenance supervisor at Palm Valley. Maintenance in property managerial background wanted. In this role, you will be performing a variety of routine, emergency and preventative maintenance tasks for community common buildings, common areas and leased homes to ensure long term viability of the community. You will lead a team on ensure day to day maintenance of all community buildings, pools and spas and timely performance of ongoing projects. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with the expertise to manage multiple tasks and must have: Prior management and leadership skills; Current expertise of all aspects of maintenance, repair and service; Expertise to troubleshoot problems and take appropriate action; Superior customer service and attention to detail; Background with appliances
