This individual will be managing the resort maintenance/technical staff to effectively maintain all Resort facilities/equipment/property.Bluegreen Vacations offers excellent employee perks, medical benefits and 4 weeks paid time off in your 1st year, just to cite a few.Assignments include:Accountable for the safe and efficient maintenance of the resort through effective supervision of maintenance and technical service staff.Assists in the implementation of maintenance plans with consideration to operational and budgetary constraints.Supervise overall activities of the maintenance staff as required by the Resort Manager.Assisting in the proper working relationships between the Maintenance staff and other departments. Must be able to work all shifts as need dictates.Training and monitoring development of all staff. Assisting in appraisal of all staff as outlined in SOPs.
