The position necessitates evaluation and investigation of process exceptions, and work within cross-functional teams to complete short-term projects. MSExcel proficiency is required for calculating and analyzing production related metrics, and communicating those metrics to management. Identify key issues affecting production and make recommendations for resolution where precedent may not exist and creative thinking is required. Short-term projects will require a strong drive to make change and deliver results.
