The role of the Teaching Pastor is to effectively deliver messages that are grounded in Scripture, rich in story, and have high application to everyday life sharing in the teaching team of the church. The primary goal of the Student Pastor is to lead and organize the middle and high-school ministries within the context of Family Ministries (birth through high-school). They will connect with unchurched students in Sarasota and provide a next step for them to grow spiritually, as well as provide a place for students following Christ to be equipped and on mission in their spiritual journey.
