In accordance with Service Contract Act (SCA) DUTIES Manually or mechanically washes and rinses dishes, glasses and silverware. Maintains proper temperature for sterilization and adds soap as needed. Other duties as assigned. REQUIREMENTS High-school diploma or GED equivalent. Three Years dishwashing background, preferably in a dining facility.
