Extra Board driver covers for extra trips called in, driver call-ins and vacations as needed. This is a full time schedule. Majority of routes operated starting between 01:00 and 09:00 running approx ten hours. Operate to destination within designated time standards for run. Inspect truck/trailer for defects and safe operation condition, before, during and after trips and submit reports indicating truck condition at the end of the trip. Safety focused and remain in compliance with DOT regulations Assist in loading/unloading by pushing/pulling wheeled containers on or off trailers. Must remain flexible (as DOT hours will allow) and availableon non-scheduled days. May have different unscheduled days each week.
