Medical Biller - Visionary Partners LLCSummary:The Medical Biller is responsible for the recovery of practice funds that are being withheld by 2nd and 3rd parties. Most of the focus is on insurance companies and patients who have a balance owed. There is an importance to maintain a professional, ethical, and caring attitude while collecting these funds.KEY RESPONSIBILTIES:Assist with opening office, computers, and lanesEnsure cleanliness and organization of work space and surrounding area. Replace lights as needed. Report any repairs or trouble areas to Office Manager.Answer phones within three rings and portray happiness. Take accurate notes, triage and forward calls to appropriate area.Greet patients immediately upon entering office or presented to desk.Demonstrate current knowledge of RevEHR, Practice CRM, 3rd-Party Processors.Make appointments according to template. Communicate problems and issues with Office Manager.
