Job FamilyProduct Support - DIV Position details SummaryUnder direct supervision, provides system problem resolution, testing, database correction, system requirements definition, and report design for various business departments within the division.Job overview * Considers financial impacts and risks to participant and business in all aspects of day to day work. * Responsible for acting with integrity and maintaining complete confidentiality with sensitive participant details. * Responsible for creating and running complex queries using multiple system tables and complex query criteria(unions, exists, etc.) for both resear as well as other system users using Linux and DB2 SQL * Acts as a liaison between the user group and the systems team to correct system issues and/or report issues by creation of production problem tickets. * Performs production table updates, inserts, and deletions using DB2 SQL, maintaining integrity and accuracy of data.
