Veterinary Receptionist - All Creatures Animal Hospital.We are currently seeking a receptionist for our high volume veterinary hospital in Amelia, OH.Our new addition must, 1st and foremost be warm, caring, and friendly. 2nd only to that, this person must possess the expertise to multitask in a busy environment and do so with a high-level of accuracy. A flexible schedule and the expertise to work mornings, evenings and weekends is a must.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, checking clients in and out of appointments, answering a multi-line phone system, scheduling appointments, maintaining correct medical records, dispensing products, processing payments, and maintaining organization and cleanliness of the front office.We offer wonderful benefits.
