National Sales Manager - Brokerage Channel, Individual Distr - (Baltimore, MD)

YOUR ROLE This hands-on, high impact sales leadership position must be able to lead of team of sales professionals and directly influence the sales outcomes of 3rd-party distributors by driving engagement with the Employer brand and winning existing and new markets with Employer's innovative customer solutions. The successful applicant will leverage their industry knowledge and distribution ability to develop, execute and monitor strategic plans and programs supporting the business goals and objectives of brokerage sales. This role will report to the Head of Sales for Individual Distribution, USLI. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES The National Sales Manager will play a critical role on the individual distribution team of Employer's USLI's division. This individual must be driven to achieve sales results by motivating and supporting their team of external and internal wholesalers and by partnering directly with 3rd-party distributors in the brokerage channel.
