Jr. Project Manager - Ambulatory Practices - (Westwood, CA)

Jr. Project Manager - Ambulatory Practices Responsibilities Conduct weekly clinical observations in accordance with the Health System guidelines to ensure that clinical practices are adhering to the standards set by UCLA Health System. Incumbent will be responsible for reporting observational findings and providing direct feedback to clinical managers, faculty, and staff. The incumbent will provide support and direction as appropriate through coaching, project management, and training of staff. Applicant will be responsible for collaborating with practice managers to integrate the concepts of healthcare redesign into daily operational workflows. Encourage a philosophy of team work across the organization that supports an environment of mutual respect and trust. Expertise to accept and carry out oral instructions accurately and work unaided as well as part of a team. The position will integrate the concept of redesigning care methodologies into every day working processes.
