Proposal Writer Applicant can work out of Quincy, MA or Tysons Corner, VA. Softworld's client is looking for experienced Proposal Writers with background working on government contracts. Background in telecommunications industry is preferred. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Work with sales, solutions engineering, legal and finance teams to understand proposals qualifications and develop strategy for the proposal response. * Ownership of the proposal timeline from beginning to end. * Meet all proposal deadlines by establishing priorities and target dates for details gathering, writing, review, and approval; entering and monitoring tracking data; coordinating qualifications with contributors; contributing proposal status details to review meetings; transmitting proposals. * Work efficiently with internal subject matter experts to develop consistent, compelling responses to satisfy proposal qualifications. * Review functional, technical and company details received from internal subject matter experts.
